For skilled roles (like merchandisers or food service roles), Pros will go through an interview with an Instawork coach to validate their experience.

To maintain high performance, Instawork has a two-sided rating system and badges to incentivize consistent, strong work over time. As a company, you can build a roster of the Instawork Pros you like the best that can become an extension of your core team.

What is the pricing for Topco members?

As a Topco member, you will get industry leading rates, which decreases as more members in the Topco network adopt the service. The pricing model is simple. It is simply a usage-based service, where you will pay for the hours that Instawork Pros work. Members have full control of the pay rate and there is a pre-negotiated Topco markup added on top.
