How do pricing and contracts work?

Instawork works on a standard negotiated markup rate with all IHG locations of 50%.

Each hotel can set pay rates for each position, with guidance from Instawork's in-market data.

Do I need a contract to work with Instawork?

All properties will fall under the master services agreement negotiated between IHG and Instawork. However, individual locations will need to sign a Participation Agreement following their dedicated onboarding with an Instawork Account Manager.

If I like an Instawork Professional, can I hire them?

Yes. You may hire an Instawork Professional according to IHG's standard conversion terms. Please work with your Instawork Account Manager if you'd like to learn more.
