A year ago, Instawork started asking a question that felt almost taboo for a labor company: what happens to our workers when the robots arrive? The answer surprised all of us. Robotics labs were already coming to us, because the skills and environments our Instawork Pros work in every day are exactly what robots need to learn from. That insight became Instawork Robotics Lab, our new platform for training robots, certifying workers to maintain them, and connecting the businesses ready to deploy them. The future isn't robots or humans. It's both, working together.
