To highlight the diversity of our team, we’ve asked Megan, Senior Sales Development Representative, to share more about her experience working at Instawork.

What do you do at Instawork and how long have you been with the company?

Senior SDR, soon to be promoted to AE. Been with instawork since mid-May 2024, so almost a year and a half.

What initially attracted you to Instawork?

I wanted to work for a company that I could believe in and one that supported their brand and aimed to do good. I actually learned more about the company after reaching out to the previous General Counsel and thought the company was super interesting

What's your favorite part of your job?

Getting the opportunity to work with and learn from so many talented, smart, and inspiring people.

What is one piece of “work from home” equipment you couldn’t live without?

My dog.

What's the most important thing you've learned since starting at Instawork?

The importance of collaboration with my peers and leaders.
