Announcing Instawork’s 2025 Best Places for Flexible Work AwardsAnnouncing Instawork’s 2025 Best Places for Flexible Work Awards

At Instawork, we believe in the power of flexible work to transform lives, businesses, and communities. Every day, we connect local businesses with skilled hourly professionals, creating opportunities for more than 80 million hourly workers across the U.S. to thrive. For over 75% of flexible workers who are the primary earners in their households, the ability to choose when and how they work is not just a convenience—it’s a necessity.

Staffing a business, serving customers, and supporting a growing team is hard work. That’s why we created the Best Places for Flexible Work Awards—now in its second year. We want to celebrate the businesses that go above and beyond in creating meaningful, supportive, and flexible work opportunities.

This year, the 2025 awards program is bigger than ever, with four categories honoring businesses that raise the bar for what great workplaces look like in a flexible economy.
