At our company, we operate on a structured shift system to ensure continuous productivity and support for our team in Anaheim. We run three shifts: 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, and 11pm to 7am. The standard work schedule consists of 10 days on followed by 4 days off, although this may vary based on operational needs.
