Employee Spotlight: Rob Clark, Revenue Enablement Specialist

To highlight the diversity of our team, we’ve asked Rob Clark, Revenue Enablement Specialist to share more about his experience working at Instawork.

What do you do at Instawork and how long have you been with the company?

I am a Revenue Enablement Specialist here at Instawork and I have been with the company for 2 years. I am responsible for onboarding new go-to-market representatives and continued training and development of our various internal tools and processes.

What initially attracted you to Instawork?

I immediately aligned with the vision of the company, which is creating economic opportunity for local business and professionals nationally and beyond. It’s truly fulfilling to work for a company that provides market value for our company partnerships and generates income opportunities for hard working professionals on our platform at the same time.

What's your favorite part of your job?

Onboarding new go-to-market representatives is my favorite part of my job. Our Enablement Team at Instawork has created structured training and development programs to accelerate the ramping time of our continuously growing Sales team. I’m honored to have the opportunity to set new hires up for success in their roles and support their development as they grow within the company.

What is one piece of “work from home” equipment you couldn’t live without?

My dual monitor set up is a must have with all the different projects I work on.

What's the most important thing you've learned since starting at Instawork?

Always be learning. This is one of our values here at Instawork, and this value has been adopted in everything I do. Being a student of Instawork has rapidly accelerated my development here and has given me the opportunity to own Onboarding and our SDR Accreditation Program.

At the speed we move here at Instawork, it is essential for everyone to maintain a student mindset in everything we do to better ourselves and the mission of Instawork on a daily basis.
