As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand at exciting events in Peoria, including festivals, sporting events, and tasting sessions. These interactions allow you to connect with consumers on a personal level, inviting them to experience our products firsthand. Brand Ambassador Responsibilities Include

Host 3-4 Hero Day Events on a scheduled basis

  • Memorize and recite a 30-second promotional script
  • Collect donations during events
  • Manage engaging games for participants
  • Track and record all donations received
  • Set up a canopy at designated locations, such as golf courses
  • Interact with golfers at a Par 3 Hole to promote the brand

Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model

  • Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest relevant items
  • Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels
  • Flexibly work across various zones (Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom)
  • Proactively address guest concerns while following company policies
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals
  • Adhere to AEO's policies and procedures

Act as the brand's representative within a designated territory

  • Set up informational tables at dispensaries to educate customers about the brand and promotions
  • Maintain extensive product and brand knowledge
  • Educate customers and budtenders on product offerings
  • Execute promotional activities and communicate inventory issues to the BA Manager
  • Accurately relay customer feedback to the BA Manager
  • Utilize creative strategies to differentiate the brand in retail environments
  • Transport promotional materials to and from events
  • Set up event stations and display products effectively

Represent the company at local retail locations and weekend events

  • Engage actively with the public to identify home improvement needs
  • Answer general inquiries and generate interest in products
  • Gather information for setting appointments

Drive and enhance retail sales at store locations (Ulta, Sephora, Nordstrom)

  • Build relationships with store staff and management
  • Educate store teams and provide on-the-floor training
  • Recruit new customers and deliver exceptional customer service

Assist with setup, execution, and teardown at festivals and events

  • Lead brewery tours and host sampling/tasting opportunities
  • Promote the Big Rock brand through memorable customer interactions
  • Explain the brewing process and various beer styles
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers
  • Act as a liaison between customers and Big Rock

Represent and communicate the TBS brand and products

  • Oversee and execute multiple sponsored events
  • Ensure ambassadors are organized and effectively representing Lyft
  • Manage inventory of event materials
  • Recruit and train new Brand Ambassadors
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement post-events

Represent the company at various events, including trade shows and product launches

  • Establish and maintain relationships with the audience, local trade community, and distributors
  • Build marketing campaigns and respond to posts to foster a community of followers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing brand awareness and sales
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide information about products/services
  • Generate brand awareness through social media and other marketing channels
  • Create and distribute promotional materials such as flyers and brochures
  • Track and report on brand awareness and customer engagement metrics
