Ovee the period that Alecia has worked for me, she has demonstrated to be a team player, an honest and effective worker. She listens to directions and executes them fast and efficiently. When done with her tasks, she'll ask for the next thing she can do, which is great. She'll also take initiative when it comes to keeping herself busy. She has been a great employee, unfortunately, she lives too far to work for me full time.
