This Referral Program is a limited-period offer. The following terms and conditions apply:
As a condition of participating in this Referral Program, you acknowledge and accept Instawork’s Terms Of Use, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
Referral Reward Amount:
- If the below conditions are met, the Instawork Professional (“referrer”) who refers a business, can earn a $150 referral reward, and the referred business can earn $200 in Instawork Credit.
Eligibility for Referral Reward:
To qualify for the referral reward, the following conditions must be met:
- Both the referrer and the person at the referred business must be of legal age where they live.
- The referrer must have an Instawork Professional (“Pro”) account in good standing.
- The referred business must not have an Instawork Partner account at the time of the referral.
- The referral invitation must be sent to the referred business between July 1, 2024 and November 30, 2024.
- The referred business must use the referrer’s unique referral link when signing up for an Instawork Partner account. If multiple Pros refer the same business, the referral will be attributed solely to the Pro whose unique referral link the referred business used to sign up. If the referred business signs up using a different link, neither the referred business nor the referrer will be eligible for the referral reward.
- The referred business must sign up, complete one shift of at least four (4) hours, and remit payment for such shift to the applicable Instawork company before November 30, 2024
- A referrer may only earn one referral reward for each referred business.
- A referred business may only earn an Instawork Credit pursuant to this Referral Program one time.
Timing of Payment:
- The referral reward will be paid out to the referrer along with their weekly payouts for completed shifts, if any, to the bank account associated with each person’s Instawork account. Payment may take five (5) to ten (10) business days from the day the referred business completes their first shift to appear in the bank account(s). Please reach out to Instawork Support (support@instawork.com) with any questions about payment.
- The referred business will receive a credit to their Instawork Partner account upon completion of their first shift.
Modification of Terms:
- Instawork reserves the right to cancel, change, modify, add, or delete any of the terms and conditions of this Referral Program at any time without notice.
- Instawork reserves the right to change, end, or pause the ability of any referrer or referred person to receive the referral reward at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud (including by either the referrer or referred person), abuse, or any violation of these Rules, without notice or explanation.
- Instawork reserves the right to terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice.
