This Referral Program is a limited-period offer. The following terms and conditions apply:
As a condition of participating in this Referral Program, you acknowledge and accept Instawork’s Terms Of Use, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
Referral Reward Amount:
- If the below conditions are met, the Instawork Partner (“referrer”) who refers a business they know can earn a $1000 referral reward, and the referred business can earn up to a $200 referral reward.
Eligibility for Referral Reward:
To qualify for the referral reward, the following conditions must be met:
- The referral invitation must be sent to the referred person between July 1, 2024 and November 30, 2024.
- The referred business must use the referrer’s unique referral link when signing up for an Instawork account. If multiple Businesses refer the same business, the referral will be attributed solely to the Business whose unique referral link the referred person used to sign up. If the referred person signs up using a different link, neither the referred person nor the referrer will be eligible for the referral reward.
- The referred business must sign up and complete at least one shift of at least four hours ,and remit payment for such shift to the applicable Instawork company, before November 30, 2024
- A referrer may only earn one referral reward for each referred business.
Timing of Payment:
- The referral reward will be paid out to the referrer and the referred business on completion of the first shift. Payment may take five (5) to ten (10) business days from the day the referred completes their first shift to appear in the bank account(s). Modification of Terms:
- Instawork reserves the right to cancel, change, modify, add, or delete any of the terms and conditions of this Referral Program at any time without notice.
- Instawork reserves the right to change, end, or pause the ability of any referrer or referred person to receive the referral reward at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud (including by either the referrer or referred person), abuse, or any violation of these Rules, without notice or explanation.
- Instawork reserves the right to terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice.
