Description

A prep cook’s role refers to a back of house worker whose primary responsibility is to set up the job site for success.

Prep Cook responsibilities:

Prepares ingredients and helps cook a limited number of recipes in assigned work station that meet quality standards.
Apply safety and sanitation procedures to ensure workstation and storage spaces are clean at all times.
Ensure proper product rotation, storage, and quality controls of inventory for workstations.
Must be able to work in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
