Attire: Strict Dress Code: plain white chef coat, chef black pants, non-slip shoes, knife set, black hat (no logos)

Must commit for Friday - Sunday. Must be presentable. Strict Dress Code: plain white chef coat, chef black pants, non-slip shoes, knife set, black hat (no logos). MUST sign in and out on timesheet to be paid. Event may run longer (be flexible!)

A prep cook’s role refers to a back of house worker whose primary responsibility is to set up the job site for success.
Prep Cook responsibilities:
Assists cook with food preparation and service.
Properly uses and cleans all kitchen areas and equipment.
Assists cook as requested in tasks as directed including dishwashing, cutlery cleaning, trash disposal.
Light cooking (stirring, heating, preparing cold foods, etc.) when directed.
Unload and stock deliveries.
Maintains clean and orderly cook station, following sanitation and food preparation guidelines.
Reports all low par inventory/supply levels and issues to supervisor.
Manages down time by cleaning, re-stocking, etc.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Adheres to Company dress code while on duty.
