Hi! We are looking for either one person or a small group of people that can help us with a 35 special events going from late June to late August. That person could also be a backup or a candidate to move up on our regular restaurant line as well. For now, we need someone that has one-two years of real kitchen experience and can work in a small space under pressure. Ideally, that person has experience making pizzas (Neapolitan style a bonus). We are a scratch kitchen, so there will also be some prep involved. This first shift will show you our ingredients and our attention to detail, as well as initiate some training for the summer events. Please only come if you have some availability for future gigs over the summer!

A line cook role refers to a back of house worker whose primary responsibility is to keep the tempo of the restaurant flowing during service.

Line Cook's responsibilities:

Line cook is required to be well versed in all recipes provided by the Executive Chef in order to properly execute daily tasks.
Must have knowledge of all products needed to complete recipes and assisting the Chefs to ensure the product is always available.
Proper measuring and cooking techniques.
Proper cooling, labeling and storing.
Cleaning, maintenance and storage of all equipment used daily.
The Line Cook is also required to know how to check-in and receive all order placed by the Executive Chef, Sous Chef and Lead Line Cooks.
