As it is a very busy week we are looking for help with prep, stocking stations and assisting in possible fryer/pantry stations. It is busy but also a lot of fun as we grind it out. Food will be provided. Parking will be difficult so we recommend being dropped off. A higher wage will be offered because of the high volume and parking restrictions.

A line cook role refers to a back of house worker whose primary responsibility is to keep the tempo of the restaurant flowing during service.
Line Cook's responsibilities:
Attends all schedules employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement. Promptly reports equipment and food quality problems to Kitchen Manager. Assists the Chef and Sous Chef with kitchen inventory, and food storage. May tend to the garden (care and cultivation). Inform Kitchen Manager immediately of product shortages. Uses our Standard Recipe Card for preparing all products. Do not rely on the memory of yourself or other employees. Other duties as assigned.
