Line Cook's responsibilities:
Cooking the food as ordered.
Developing new recipes.
Boiling water for rice, pasta, and other foods.
Cutting or peeling fruits, vegetables, and meats.
Baking desserts or breads as needed.
Making sure food on the menu is available.
Making special dishes for customers with food allergies.
