Associate Dining Lead Cook for the Maple Hall Café at Omni Hotels & Resorts corporate office. The lead cook will be responsible for ensuring all food is served according to specifications, work in conjunction with the Kitchen Supervisor and Maple Hall Café Manager.
This is a great opportunity for growth, full exposure to the culinary field, work in fun corporate dinning account, creativity encouraged collaborate with the kitchen supervisor and Corporate Chef for R&D, creation of daily and weekly specials, production and service of all corporate catering including high profile ownership and executive level events.

Prepare awesome meals for our customers. Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes. Steam, grill, boil, bake or fry meats, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients. Check food and ingredients for freshness. Arrange and garnish dishes. Work well under pressure and within the time limit. Ensure that kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned. Help lead and inspire our kitchen staff with the restaurant manager. Wow our guests with amazing dishes.
