As an Event Server you will be expected to perform some or all, but not limited to, the following details: pouring wine, setting up and cleaning up a buffet event. Riding to an off site location event .Riding in a van or golf cart to the location. Setting up, running the event, then breaking down and loading everything back up into the van/carts to return it to our catering kitchen and clean up. Putting supplies away.

An event server role refers to a front of house worker whose primary responsibility is to assist the guests in having a positive experience.
Event Server responsibilities:
Run food from the kitchen to the banquet hall on demand. Assist with food and table prep before the event begins. Working with catering staff, who prepare each course at the same time, and make sure each course is delivered as quickly as possible. Keep glasses filled, remove each round of plates and answer any questions from guests. Take orders for each table, if there are multiple meal choices. After service, banquet servers are often responsible for clean up and breakdown of the service.
