Offsite Event: Shift includes travel with us to venue, setting-up venue with the team - tables, chairs, linens, settings, etc, serving, breakdown and returning to starting point with us.
Okay to arrive in more casual set-up attire - all black, but shorts/ t-shirts are okay. Please no clothing that is torn or with holes. Any type of footwear ok for set-up. Bring service attire with you - NO TIE NECESSARY. We'll provide a logo bistro apron.

An event server role refers to a front of house worker whose primary responsibility is to assist the guests in having a positive experience.
Event Server responsibilities:
Greet every guest with a smile and positive attitude. Ensure proper set-up of tables in assigned section. Inspect linen, silver, china, and other items prior to using them. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of menu; market specials and suggest alternatives to guests. Take and fill customer orders. Check food prior to serving; ensure presentation and temperature is in accordance with company standards. Coordinate service with other servers. Serve food and beverages to guests, refills beverages as needed. Handle guest requests personally and/or refer as appropriate. Demonstrate the company values through service and teamwork. Create luxury for all the senses by serving guests at the event in accordance with company standards. Respond to customer requests and complaints. Clean banquet area during and after events, if so assigned.
