An event server role refers to a front of house worker whose primary responsibility is to assist the guests in having a positive experience.
Event Server responsibilities:
Maintaining high levels of customer service.
Responsible for accommodating all guests at a function while circulating the room.
Anticipating the needs of the guests and responding politely to their requests.
Run food from the kitchen to the banquet hall on demand.
Serve food and beverages, taking orders and offering dishes to guests, making sure that there is enough food for everyone.
Ensuring that all of the customer service functions are coordinated throughout each event.
Works in and contributes to a fun working environment.
Event setup and breakdown.
Cleans before, during and after events.
Stocks beer and merchandise.
Ensures adequate kegs, moves kegs, and taps kegs.
Other duties as assigned.
