Rodrigo will train you for your first shift. This is a multi-day shift T/Th for two weeks. It will likely continue if it's a good fit for you! You'll be serving as a meal attendant at DOSH (employees will be eating a catered lunch). Must know how to light sternos, etc. You'll set up the stations and then help the vendor put the food in wire racks when they arrive. You'll also help set up the menus, labels, etc. During the meal, you'll replenish food, answer any questions from employees., etc. When the meal is done, you'll help with clean-up. You can help yourself to a to-go meal after all done!

An event server role refers to a front of house worker whose primary responsibility is to assist the guests in having a positive experience.
Event Server responsibilities:
Set up assigned tables according to Banquet Event Order. Greet guests as they arrive. Learns the menu for each function served and is able to explain the major ingredients and preparation methods for each item to be served. Serve food and beverages, taking orders and offering dishes to guests, making sure that there is enough food for everyone. Retrieve and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables. Provide courteous and efficient service at all times. Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas and equipment.
