Rodrigo will train you for your first shift. Only accept this shift if you are interested in working multiple days and interested in picking up shifts here ongoing. You'll be serving as a meal attendant at DOSH (employees will be eating a catered lunch). Must know how to light sternos, etc. You'll set up the stations and then help the vendor put the food in wire racks when they arrive. You'll also help set up the menus, labels, etc. During the meal, you'll replenish food, answer any questions from employees., etc. When the meal is done, you'll help with clean-up. You can help yourself to a to-go meal after all done!

An event server role refers to a front of house worker whose primary responsibility is to assist the guests in having a positive experience.
Event Server responsibilities:
Greet every guest with a smile and positive attitude. Ensure proper set-up of tables in assigned section. Inspect linen, silver, china, and other items prior to using them. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of menu; market specials and suggest alternatives to guests. Take and fill customer orders. Check food prior to serving; ensure presentation and temperature is in accordance with company standards. Coordinate service with other servers. Serve food and beverages to guests, refills beverages as needed. Handle guest requests personally and/or refer as appropriate. Demonstrate the company values through service and teamwork. Create luxury for all the senses by serving guests at the event in accordance with company standards. Respond to customer requests and complaints. Clean banquet area during and after events, if so assigned.
