● Review order confirmation sheets upon arrival on-site ● Manage the set-up of all assigned catering events, placing food in the correct orientation ● Take notes while on-site of any equipment needs ● Greet vendors at the delivery entrance of every client site ● Confirm that all items expected from vendors are received on-site and document quantities ● Report inaccuracies of any vendor delivery immediately to 415-944-4121 ● Replenish food as needed ● Maintain cleanliness of food service area and equipment storage ● Engage with clients and answer any questions ● Provide feedback through the dashboard of the text you received ● No eating onsite

An event server role refers to a front of house worker whose primary responsibility is to assist the guests in having a positive experience.
Event Server responsibilities:
Prepare banquet room for the function. Display excellent customer service and maintain a well-groomed, neat appearance. Serve meals and beverage in accordance with catering protocol. Properly set tables for special functions. Wipe and polish silverware. Clean all functions areas upon completion and perform opening and closing side work as needed. Must maintain a professional appearance. Maintain storage rooms and supplies in an orderly fashion. Maintain equipment and all other catering supplies. Perform all job duties in a safe manner and follow all company safety policies and procedures. Ability to understand and follow directions from the Manager/Director. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 30 lbs. Ability to walk or stand for extended time periods, up to 6 hours.
