Rinse, dry, and organize a wide variety of glasses, dishes, plates, and other tableware.
Sort dishes to be used by chefs for food preparation.
Change dishwater in dish machine frequently.
Maintain a clean individual workspace.
Sweep and mop floors.
Handle kitchen trash and remove trash when necessary.
Follow other kitchen duties as requested by more senior kitchen staff.
