Operate the flight dish wash machine according to correct procedures to ensure all equipment is properly washed and sanitized.
Hand washing or pre washing of some dishes and equipment is required throughout the day .
Transport all dishes and equipment back to production and service areas as required .
Clean and sanitize all equipment and dish room surfaces used according to cleaning outlines and any instruction from the Lead Hand .
