This is a standby position that guarantees at least 2 hours of pay in the event you're not placed into a full shift. If another Pro arrives late, does not show up, or is sent home for not meeting requirements you will be added to a full shift. You will be working as a busser/runner to help with the Sands Expo buffet. Security: Arrive early enough to check-in and get badged before your shift starts. Tracking Hours: You must be checked-in before your shift starts. If you’re not checked-in on-time you could be replaced by an extra and sent home. Make sure to check-in with the on-site Instawork Event Captain, Clock-in and out on your app, AND Sign-in and out at the office timesheet. Small Lockers: are available daily. To use them, please bring your own lock. Lunch: is provided. You will be given a 60 minute unpaid lunch break (mandatory). Double Shifts: are not allowed at the Sands and Venetian properties. Busser/Food runner responsibilities:
Prepares tables for dinner. Sets tables to operation manager's standards. Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety standards. Helps servers clean and sanitize tables and chairs for customers use. Keeps floors clean after each service and before next service. Keeps trays, highchairs, and booster seats clean for each guest service. Tray busses for each table by separating and organizing dishes for maximum productivity.
