Proceed to the back kitchen and get the fold up table set up along the back left wall to be ready for when the food arrives. Once the table is set up, go down to the front of the building and wait for the caterer to show up, between 11:15-11: 45 am. Once they have arrived go up with them and help them set up. Always set up in the order of greens, bases(rice, noodles, etc.), proteins and toppings, sauces. Make sure to set up the dish-cards & be aware of the dietary tags. Next, take a picture of the food, sent to Katie. Employees will come once the food is set up and make their own plate. Make sure you are replenishing and cleaning up. By 1:00 pm most people will have taken their meal. Check in with the "team member" to see if they are wanting to have a food donation pick up. If they do, please wrap up fully the containers and contact Katie to schedule a donation pick up.
