Pre-event duties include arriving on-site at the scheduled time, checking in with event manager, securing belongings in the food prep area, distributing proper glassware to bar, arranging glassware on the bar, distributing beverages to bar, filling up coolers with ice, cutting lemons/limes/other garnish and preparing for any specialty cocktails. During the event, Bartenders will interact with guests and fulfill their drink orders. Post-event duties include breaking down the bar, folding tables & chairs, assisting with loading the van and checking out with the event manager.
